Kouros Sauna Antwerp

A day at Kouros is like a holiday: enjoy a massage, fine dining, and much more in a beautiful setting.

The Kouros Sauna is located in a spacious residential, wooded area, just out of Antwerp. The owners, Ed and Rob, have transformed this sauna, after a radical renovation, into a heavenly spot. The sauna is surrounded by a charming, Mediterranean garden, including a large terrace, big pond and swimming pool. The premises are well screened off and naked sunbathing is permitted.

Everything for people and mind

Furthermore, the Kouros has a heated indoor pool, a cozy bar, a whirlpool, a dry sauna, a steam bath with a labyrinth, a darkroom, a cinema room and plenty of rest cabins. In the conservatory restaurant with lounge you have a view of the garden and the indoor pool. You can choose from various lunch and dinner dishes. Naturally, De Kouros meets the most modern requirements in the field of hygiene and water treatment.

Our Kitchen

The Kouros bar is the focal point. There is a friendly atmosphere. Here you can enjoy a drink, a snack or an extensive meal at a reasonable price. The fireplace, the attractive interior and the friendly service make the bar the cozy center of the Kouros.

The conservatory restaurant

In the conservatory restaurant is the reading table with a wide selection of literature.

You can relax on the lovely lounge sofas. Here you have a great view over both pools and the beautiful garden. Here you can also enjoy a delicious meal.

Television corner

If you want to take a break or don’t want to miss your favorite show, there’s one in the back of the conservatory restaurant, also with cozy lounge sofas, shielded by a beautiful terrarium. Smoking is allowed in this room.

Friday and Saturday

On Fridays and Saturdays, the Kouros offers a good alternative to those who do not feel like hanging out in bars or discos on weekends. With adapted music, a relaxed atmosphere and the possibilities for contacts, “De Kouros” is the place to be… !!

A paradise garden

The garden of over 2000m2 is the showpiece of the Kouros. Here you can fully enjoy the sun and the beautiful flowers. The whole is well shielded and sunbathing is allowed. More than 100 sunbeds are made available free of charge.

Whirlpool

The outdoor whirlpool is one of the highlights of the Kouros.

It is on the terrace and you have a beautiful overview of the garden.

You can bathe outside in a temperature all year round at 36 degrees. This is a real sensation in rainy weather and in winter.

Outdoor sauna

Our outdoor sauna is spacious. Here you have a beautiful view over the garden, the pond and the outdoor pool. This sauna is heated to 85 degrees and is used all year round. It is built in cottage style.

There is also a shower room right next to this atmospheric sauna.

Terrace

In the summer it is even more enjoyable. It is already lovely on our terrace in the slightest sun. From here you have a beautiful overview of the garden, the whirlpool and the swimming pool. In the summer it is also possible to eat on the outside terrace.

Outdoor swimming pool

Open from mid-April to mid-September e is heated to 27 degrees.

Here you can cool down if you get overheated while sunbathing.

The outdoor pool is closed during the winter months.

Indoor pool

The indoor pool has a temperature of 30 ° C. Around the pool are cozy seats. The whole is beautifully lit and you can enjoy a drink, the music and ……

This space is also non-smoking.

Whirlpool / plunge pool

The whirlpool measures 3 by 3 m and has a temperature of 36 ° C. From the whirlpool you have a beautiful view over the indoor pool and the conservatory restaurant. The cold plunge pool is located next to the whirlpool and provides the necessary cooling if the temperature rises a little too high.

Sauna & steam bath

In this section you will find the cozy cozy color sauna. 9 new showers have been installed on a legionella-free water system. The temperature of the showers, which are located in three different rooms, is individually adjustable.

The steam labyrinth is the pride of the Kouros. Clean, warm, humid and… exciting. All our customers are wildly enthusiastic about this new addition. There is also a shower in the steam bath.

There is also a French toilet with the option of anal flushing.

Video room & Relax

De Kouros has a spacious cinema room where the latest gay films are shown all day. There is also a labyrinth with 16 relaxation cabins, video and a large dark room.
