You enter a century-old house and you feel “at home”.
A warm welcome where familiarity is required.
“You” pay the entrance fee, in exchange I’ll lend you a pair of slides to your size, a towel to your size and a locker with padlock.
Here, it is the parenthesis of the day. Clothes no longer make the monk. Businessman, pizza delivery man, lawyer, unemployed, rich, poor, young, old, everyone is treated the same, everyone is familiar with everyone and ends up in tap dancing / napkin drinking coffee to get to know each other before daring to explore the different rooms in the house.
At the reception, the light is warm and subdued, an atmosphere conducive to gossip at the bar or on the sofa in the cloakroom.
The other 3 parts of the house are dimly lit by red spotlights, conducive to privacy and reconciliation.
Facilities
Completely refurbished facilities, without fuss or glitter, but functional and efficient.
The basis …. A dry sauna. In the opinion of customers who have skimmed all the saunas in France and Navarre, here we have the largest dry sauna area. Equipped with a 17kW industrial stove with programmable control, able to rise to 110 degrees, I reach 70 degrees in just 20 min.
The Hammam is in a traditional version, concrete and tiled. A new and programmable steam generator. A door in PVC strips as in industry. After the surprise, they really like its practical and semi-transparent side. With the return of customers, the single existing shower was no longer sufficient. Two new showers were therefore installed and again, I opted for industrial-inspired showers with a pull chain. Customers love this raw, retro feel that reminds them of their childhood locker room showers.
A 6-seater Jacuzzi. A real one with massage nozzles, not just an uninteresting basin that makes small bubbles.

- A bicycle without a saddle? already seen, it’s very overrated lol. Here, there is a bicycle, but to motivate you, it is judiciously positioned in front of a loophole that overlooks a mirror that overlooks an X movie.
- An outdoor space for chatting, sunbathing in full as soon as the warm weather returns
- A sex shop area with accessories (dildos, plugs, balaclavas, cockrings, bondage ropes etc.), lubricants, a wide choice of poppers (7 varieties) and effective sexual stimulants … The sex shop is also available for direct sale without really “entering” the sauna.
